The Programming

In Well Rounded, we combine hypertrophy training and targeted sculpting to help you build lean muscle, reshape your physique, and create the hourglass look—all in just 8 focused weeks. With a smart balance of upper- and lower-body workouts, this program is designed to help you stay consistent while strategically emphasizing your glutes and delts for maximum aesthetic impact.

Hypertrophy training is the foundation of this program. By using moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods, you’ll create the metabolic stress needed to stimulate lean muscle growth. This strategic focus on shoulders and glutes not only helps you gain strength but also enhances the appearance of a smaller waistline, giving you that snatched, sculpted shape.

Week 1-8:

This program brings you 3 Lower Body days and 2 Upper body days. The split will change at week 5 bringing you all new exercises.
