In The Energy Reset, we use low-stress, highly-effective workouts to help you rebuild energy, improve body composition, and feel better in your day-to-day life—all in just 6 focused weeks. Built around a simple 4-day upper/lower split and daily walking, this program is designed to support consistency, recovery, and real results without burning you out.
Alongside training, The Energy Reset includes simple weekly protocols for sleep, stimulation, and nutrition. You’ll focus on protein, fiber, hydration, and small habit shifts that help regulate energy, reduce crashes, and support long-term progress — so you finish the program feeling stronger, clearer, and more energized than when you started.
The Four Pillars
These four pillars work together to help you restore energy, reduce burnout, and feel better, without adding more to your plate.
- Training: Strength work designed to stimulate muscle while minimizing stress.
- Sleep: Simple, realistic sleep protocols that actually fit real life.
- Stimulation: Habits that regulate dopamine, reduce mental noise, and improve focus.
- Nutrition: A back-to-basics approach focused on protein, fiber, and hydration — without adding pressure.
Week 1-3: Build Movement Quality & Capacity
The first phase is about setting your body up for success. You’ll focus on learning the movements, improving form, and rebuilding tolerance to training without overwhelming your nervous system.
Expect:
- Moderate weights and controlled reps
- Plenty of rest and recovery built in
- Simple habit shifts that support sleep, nutrition, and daily energy
These weeks help your body feel safer training again — so consistency starts to feel doable instead of draining.
Week 4-6: Increase Intensity (Without Burnout)
Once your body has adapted, intensity increases — not by doing more, but by training smarter.
You’ll:
- Slow down reps and increase time under tension
- Gradually challenge strength without adding volume
- Continue reinforcing sleep, nutrition, and stimulation habits
This is where you’ll start to feel stronger, more capable, and more energized — without the crashes that usually come with “pushing harder.”
