This program launched in the Fall of 2018 and has been a member favorite since! With 3 training split changes and tons of supersets, you won’t get bored with these workouts. Anyone can complete this course, but it was created with our intermediate and advanced girlies in mind. The combination of metabolic and rep progression training style paired with our custom macro calculator makes this program perfect for achieving fat loss.

The Programming
In Superset City, we combine metabolic training and rep progression with strategically programmed supersets to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and stay fully engaged—all in just 8 powerful weeks.
Metabolic workouts use high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest to elevate your heart rate, fire up your metabolism, and keep the calorie burn going long after your session ends. This training style supports fat loss, boosts cardiovascular health, and increases overall endurance.
Alongside that, we use rep progression to keep your body adapting over time. With structured increases in volume and intensity, you'll push past plateaus, build strength, and gain confidence with every session.
Week 1-4:
