In Split It Up, we combine hypertrophy and metabolic training styles to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and stay energized—all while keeping your workouts fresh with new weekly splits. The weekly focus remains the same for all 8 weeks: two upper body, two lower body, and one full body days. To keep things interesting, you'll see new exercises each week!
Metabolic workouts use high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest to elevate your heart rate, fire up your metabolism, and keep you burning calories well beyond your workout. This training style supports fat loss, improves cardiovascular endurance, and helps you feel more energized throughout your day.
Hypertrophy training focuses on moderate-to-high reps with moderate weights, creating metabolic stress to stimulate muscle growth, while short rest periods and progressive intensity keep your body challenged.
