The Programming
Coach Stace believes in functional movement, control, and confidence through simplicity. Her approach for this program is rooted in:
- Intentional Movement: Slowing down to move better.
- Accessible Strength: Progress that doesn’t rely on equipment.
- Consistency Over Perfection: Short, structured workouts that build real results.
Each two-week block introduces new movements and increased working periods or reps — keeping your body progressing and your mind engaged.
Day 1: Lower Body
Focus: Glutes / Quads / Hamstrings
Day 2: Upper Body
Focus: Chest / Back / Shoulders / Triceps / Core
Day 3: Full Body
Focus: Glutes / Chest / Shoulders / Core
Day 4: Core + Cardio
Focus: Circuits focused on Core + Cardio
Week 1-2: Establish Foundational Strength and Stability
Build foundational strength, while focusing on proper form, control, and movement patterns that set the stage for everything ahead. These first two weeks focus on slow, intentional strength work with minimal jumping movements to build a solid base.
Week 3-4: Increase Intensity through Plyometrics
It’s time to turn up the energy. Expect new dynamic movements and endurance-work that challenge your strength and coordination while keeping control at the core. Every 2-week phase brings in new movements and increased working periods or reps to keep your body progressing and your mind engaged.
Week 5-6: Accelerate Resultes with Advanced Interval Training
In the final phase, you’ll take on EMOMs (“every minute on the minute”) and AMRAPs (“as many reps as possible”). These fun, fast-paced formats challenge you to work efficiently, stay focused, and finish the program feeling strong and accomplished.
