PR Pending is an 8-week advanced training program designed to help you push past limits, redefine your strength, and chase personal records with intention. You’ll train with purpose using a combination of IRM hypertrophy training and metabolic conditioning, delivering powerful changes in both strength and body composition.

The Programming

In PR Pending, we combine IRM-style hypertrophy training with metabolic finishers to help you build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and hit personal records—all over the course of 8 powerful weeks.

IRM (Incomplete Rest Method) workouts use moderate weights, high reps, and short rest periods to create metabolic stress and stimulate serious muscle growth. As you move through each workout, you’ll lift heavier, slow down your tempo, and stay focused on precise, intentional movement that drives results.

Alongside that, we layer in metabolic training—high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest that elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and support fat loss.

The best part? You’re encouraged to chase a new personal record every week, keeping things spicy, motivating, and full of progress.

Week 1-8:

For all 8 weeks you'll follow the split below. Look for exercise, rep and set changes throughout the program to ensure you're appropriately progressing.

Day 1: Lower Body
Series: Hamstrings / Glutes / Calves

Day 2: Full Body + Core
Series: Back / Biceps / Core

Day 3: Lower Body + Core
Series: Quads / Glutes / Core
