Move Better is an 8-week mobility training program designed to help you improve flexibility, stability, and the way your body moves—so you can feel better in every workout and in everyday life. You’ll train with intention through targeted mobility flows three days per week, each just 30 minutes, to build range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support stronger, more confident movement.

The Programming

Move Better combines dynamic stretching, joint stability drills, and guided mobility flows to help you unlock a greater range of motion and improve how your body feels day to day. Each 30-minute session is designed to complement your strength training without adding extra strain. Over 8 weeks, you’ll progress through intentional routines that build flexibility, support recovery, and set the foundation for stronger lifts and smoother movement in and out of the gym, with exercises changing focus every 2 weeks.
