In Metabolic Mix, we combine high-intensity metabolic training with weekly programming variety to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and stay motivated—all throughout this 8-week challenge.
Metabolic workouts use multi-joint, high-effort movements with minimal rest to spike your heart rate, boost your metabolism, and maximize calorie burn. You’ll continue torching calories even after your workout ends, while improving cardiovascular fitness and feeling more energized day to day.
What makes this program unique is the weekly-changing workout splits, keeping your body adapting and your mind engaged. The training split is the same for all 8 weeks, but you'll see different exercises and major changes week to week in this program. We also incorporate core movements progressively as you move through this program.
