The Programming
In Happy New You, we combine metabolic training and hypertrophy to help you burn fat, build strength, and feel more energized—all in just 8 weeks. With 40 programmed workouts for both home and gym, this program is designed to meet you at any fitness level and help you stay consistent.
Metabolic training combines high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest to maximize calorie burn and boost your metabolic rate—both during the workout and long after it ends, so you burn more calories at rest. This style also promotes cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, and overall metabolic efficiency, giving you powerful results in less time.
Alongside that, hypertrophy training uses moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods to create the metabolic stress needed for muscle growth and lasting definition. Together, these methods build lean muscle while firing up your metabolism for long-term change.
As you move through the program, rep progression keeps your body adapting. With each week, you’ll push past plateaus, track your progress, and grow stronger in both strength and confidence.
Week 1-4:
The first four weeks consist of two upper body, two lower body + core, and one full body day. You'll switch to two lower, two upper and one full body + core for the remainder of the program. The exercises will change with Week 5!
Day 1: Lower Body + Core
Focus: Glutes / Hamstrings / Quads / Calves / Core
Day 2: Upper Body
Focus: Shoulders / Back
Day 3: Upper Body
Focus: Chest / Biceps / Triceps
Day 4: Lower Body + Core
Focus: Hamstrings / Glutes / Core
Day 5: Full Body
Focus: Chest / Glutes / Hamstrings / Delts / Biceps
