Good Luck, Girlfriend is an advanced 8-week program is built to challenge your strength, stamina, and discipline with a dynamic mix of hypertrophy and metabolic training styles. Each week, you’ll switch up your training splits to keep your body guessing and your progress moving forward. High-rep sets, supersets, and minimal rest periods combine to create metabolic stress—driving muscle growth while pushing your endurance.
The hypertrophy component uses moderate weights and rep ranges (6–12 reps) to help you build lean muscle over time through structured intensity and progressive overload. Layered on top, the metabolic training keeps your heart rate elevated with high-intensity, multi-joint movements—maximizing calorie burn and boosting your metabolic rate even after your workout ends.
This program is best suited for experienced members ready to level up their training. Along with expert programming, you’ll get access to our exclusive member community, proprietary macro calculator, check-in tools, and more—giving you the support and structure you need to stay consistent and crush your goals from start to finish.
Week 1-8: Strong, Balanced, and Built to Move.
All 8 weeks follow a two full body + core, one lower body, one upper body, and one lower body + core split. We're switching up the exercises within that split every week in this program!
