The Programming
In Busy Body, we combine metabolic training and custom nutrition guidance to help you burn fat, boost energy, and stay consistent—even with a packed schedule. Every workout is designed to be completed in 45 minutes or less, whether you’re training at home or in the gym.
Metabolic workouts use high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest to keep your heart rate elevated and your metabolism firing. You’ll continue burning calories long after your workout ends, making it an efficient and effective way to lose fat, improve cardiovascular health, and feel more energized throughout your day.
This program also includes custom macro recommendations and our Busy Body handbook, breaking down everything you need to know to support fat loss without the guesswork.
Week 1-4:
During this 4 week program our split will stay consistent throughout. You will see 2 upper body, 2 lower body and 1 full body day each week.
Day 1: Lower Body + Core
Focus: Glutes / Quads / Hamstrings / Core
Day 2: Upper Body
Focus: Back / Delts
Day 3: Lower Body + Core
