The Programming
In Build a Booty 2.0, we combine hypertrophy-style training and progressive overload to help you grow your glutes, gain strength, and feel more confident—all in just 12 focused weeks.
Hypertrophy training uses moderate weights and higher rep ranges with short rest periods to create metabolic stress—the key to building lean muscle. Each workout targets the glutes with intentional, high-impact movement patterns designed to activate and grow your muscles over time.
Alongside that, we use rep progression to ensure your body is always adapting. As you move through the program, you’ll gradually increase reps and weights to push past plateaus and keep your glute gains coming strong.
Week 1-12:
The training split for this program will be staying consistent throughout the 12 weeks. You will see 3 lower body days per week with exercises changing at the 5 and 9 week mark!
