The Programming
Baby Bump Bootcamp is the ultimate prenatal training plan for all three trimesters. Designed to help you stay strong, supported, and more comfortable throughout pregnancy, this program focuses on deep core and pelvic floor strength to improve your mobility, prepare for birth, and support recovery after delivery! There are 3 strength workouts each week (upper, lower, and full body), plus a quick core-focused circuit on day 4 to boost stability and connection. The Connection Breath teaches you how to activate your pelvic floor and deep core—so you can move with more ease and confidence every step of the way.
Trimester 1: Build the Foundation
Build foundational strength while managing early pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and shifting energy levels. You’ll work on core stability and pelvic floor connection through gentle strength training, breathing exercises, and light cardio to keep you moving without overwhelm. With no bump yet, it’s the perfect time to focus on form, establish the Connection Breath, and lay the groundwork for a strong, supported pregnancy.
Trimester 2: Strengthen, Stabilize & Support Growth
Enhance your strength, posture, and energy levels as your body changes during this dynamic, active stage. As your energy levels rise, you'll focus on maintaining muscle, improving posture, and supporting your growing bump. You’ll continue practicing the Connection Breath and pelvic floor control as movements gently progress. As your belly grows, we’ll guide you through smart modifications—so you can keep moving in ways that feel good and work for your body.
Trimester 3: Prepare and Empower
Maintain comfort, mobility, and strength while preparing for birth. Workouts are designed to reduce pressure on the pelvic floor, minimize core strain, and support your body as baby grows. You’ll focus on birth prep movements, slow and controlled strength training, and mobility work—always with built-in modifications to match your energy and comfort levels. The goal? Stay strong, stay mobile, and feel as good as possible heading into delivery!
