The Programming

In 2024 Winter Program, we combine hypertrophy training and neuro-focused techniques to help you build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and boost your metabolism—all in just 8 focused weeks. With a controlled training approach and 5 workouts per week, this program is designed to keep you consistent while dialing in your form, intensity, and results.

Hypertrophy training is at the core, using moderate to heavy weights, higher reps, and short rest periods to create the metabolic stress needed for muscle growth and body recomposition. This method helps reshape your physique while steadily building strength.

As you progress, intensity increases gradually to help you push past plateaus and keep your body adapting. Each week, you’ll track your growth in strength, form, and confidence, proving that precision and consistency are the keys to transformation.

Week 1-8:

Day 1: Upper Body
Focus: Chest / Shoulders / Triceps

Day 2: Lower Body
Focus: Quads / Glutes

Day 3: Upper Body
Focus: Back / Biceps / Shoulders

Day 4: Lower Body
Focus: Glutes / Hamstrings
