Built Different is a focused 8-week sprint with one job: visible, earned arm definition. Three upper body days a week paired with two lower body days and one programmed recovery session. Progressive overload drives the whole program, with sets and reps climbing as you go. Three benchmark tests at Weeks 1, 4, and 8 turn your progress into real numbers you can see.
