The Programming
In Simple Sculpt, we combine hypertrophy training and progressive overload to help you build lean muscle, improve definition, and boost your metabolism—all in just 8 weeks. With a focus on dumbbell-only strength training, this program is designed to keep you consistent, efficient, and on track whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the go.
Hypertrophy training forms the foundation of the program. By using moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods, you’ll create the metabolic stress that drives muscle growth and reshapes your physique. With an emphasis on upper body sculpting, lower body strength, and cardio-based finishers, you’ll challenge your body from every angle.
As you move through the program, intensity increases gradually to keep you progressing without feeling overwhelmed. Alongside that, we use rep progression to ensure your muscles are always adapting. Each week, you’ll push your effort, track your strength, and see your confidence grow as your body transforms.
Week 1-8:
Day 1: Lower Body
Focus: Quads / Glutes / Calves / Core
Day 2: Upper Body
Focus: Chest / Triceps / Shoulders / Core
Day 3: Lower Body
Focus: Hamstrings / Glutes / Core
