The Programming
In Reps Up, we combine metabolic training and high-rep intensity to help you build lean muscle, increase endurance, and boost your overall conditioning—all in just 8 focused weeks.
Metabolic workouts use multi-joint, high-effort movements with minimal rest to elevate your heart rate, torch calories, and fire up your metabolism. The best part? You’ll continue burning calories even after the workout ends. This style of training supports fat loss, improves cardiovascular fitness, and keeps your energy high throughout the day.
Alongside that, we emphasize rep tracking and progression, so you can measure your effort, chase PRs, and keep your body adapting. As you move through the program, you’ll feel your stamina rise, your strength improve, and your confidence grow with every session.
Together, these methods help you train harder, recover faster, and see real results—rep after rep.
Week 1-8:
To maximize progressive overload, each week will focus on two lower body, two upper body, and one full body day. Expect new exercises in weeks 3, 5, and 7!
