The Programming
In Ready for Change, we combine IRM hypertrophy, neuro training, and metabolic conditioning to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and transform your physique—all in just 8 weeks. With carefully structured workouts and progressive phases, this program is designed to keep you consistent, challenged, and dialed into your goals.
Hypertrophy training with the IRM method uses moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods to create metabolic stress. By limiting rest, your muscles stay under greater fatigue, making each set more challenging and stimulating growth while boosting endurance. This is the foundation of the program and the driver behind reshaping your body composition.
Together, these methods make Ready for Change the ultimate program for fat loss and strength—helping you push past plateaus, stay consistent, and track your growth in strength and confidence week after week.
Week 1-3:
The first three weeks will be made up of three full body + core and two full body days, then we switch it up for weeks 4-6 with four full body + core days and one full body day. Then the final two weeks we'll work with two lower body + core, two upper body, and one full body day.
