In Push + Pull 1.0, we combine metabolic training with weekly variety and HIIT-style finishers to help you build strength, burn fat, and stay energized—all in just 8 weeks.
Metabolic workouts use high-intensity, compound movements with minimal rest to elevate your heart rate, boost your metabolism, and keep you burning calories long after your workout ends. This style of training supports fat loss, increases cardiovascular fitness, and leaves you feeling stronger and more energized every day.
To keep things exciting, you’ll get a new workout split every week, plus a bonus HIIT-style finisher on Day 5 to push your limits and lock in results.
