The Programming
Each day will have a Pilates-strength fusion. We will focus on building foundational strength through a mixture of hypertrophy, and metabolic training.
Week 1-2: Building Your Pilates x Strength Foundations
The first two weeks will introduce you to the primary Pilates and strength movements we’ll be using throughout the entire 8 week program.
Day 1: Lower Body + Core
Series: Supine Bridge / Lunge / Arabesque / Squat
Day 2: Full Body Anterior
Series: Supine Ab / Prone Forearm / Standing Anterior
Day 3: Upper Body + Core
Series: Low Kneeling / Supine / Standing Arm
Day 4: Full Body Posterior
Series: Bridge / Reverse Plank / Prone / Standing Posterior
Day 5: Lower Body + Core
Series: Pilates V Bridge / Side Lying Leg / Squat
Week 3-6: Increasing Intensity
Now that you’ve mastered the main movements, we’re kicking things up a notch. You’ll use the fundamentals we just learned and start taking them to the next level. We start adding in more pulses, longer holds and more intense sessions during these weeks.
Day 1: Lower Body + Core
Series: Supine Weighted Bridge / Weighted Lunge / Weighted Arabesque / Weighted Squat
Day 2: Full Body Anterior
Series: Weighted Supine Ab / Forearm Plank / Weighted Standing Anterior
Day 3: Upper Body + Core
Series: Weighted High Kneeling / Supine / Weighted Standing Arm
Day 4: Full Body Posterior
Series: Weighted Bridge / Reverse Plank / Prone / Weighted Standing Posterior
Day 5: Lower Body + Core
Series: Weighted Pilates V Bridge / Forearm Side Lying Leg / Weighted Squat
Weeks 7-8: Burning Out
The last two weeks of the program are going to focus on burning out your muscles, every single session. It is critical to ensure you’re following our nutrition protocol and recovering appropriately.
