In Level Up, we combine hypertrophy and metabolic training to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and increase endurance—all in just 8 challenging weeks. Designed for members ready to push beyond the basics, this program features advanced set techniques like clusters, drops, and circuits to keep every workout fresh and engaging. With complete programming for both home and gym, you’ll have the flexibility to stay consistent wherever you train.
Hypertrophy training complements this with moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods to create the metabolic stress needed for muscle growth and physique change. As you move through the program, the gradual increase in intensity and advanced techniques will challenge your body in new ways, helping you push past plateaus.
Metabolic workouts use high-intensity, multi-joint movements with minimal rest to elevate your heart rate, boost calorie burn, and fire up your metabolism long after your workout ends. This style enhances fat loss, cardiovascular health, and overall metabolic efficiency.

The first four weeks consist of one lower body, one upper body + core, one upper body, one lower body + core, and one full body circuit + core day. For the second half of this program, you'll see one lower body + core, one upper body, one upper body + core, one lower body and one upper body circuit + core. To keep things fresh, you'll see new movements every two weeks.
Day 1: Lower Body
Focus: Hamstrings / Quads / Glutes / Calves
Day 2: Upper Body + Core
Focus: Delts / Chest / Triceps / Core
