The Programming
Fan Fave is a thoughtfully designed program blends hypertrophy and metabolic training styles to help you build muscle, burn fat, and move with purpose—all in under an hour. Across 5 weekly sessions, you’ll cycle through focused body part splits that combine cluster-style hypertrophy sets with high-intensity metabolic circuits. The hypertrophy work uses moderate weights and higher rep ranges (6–12 reps) with short rest periods to maximize muscle growth through metabolic stress, while the metabolic segments elevate your heart rate and rev up your calorie burn with minimal rest and full-body movements. The result? A time-efficient routine that delivers real results—helping you build strength, improve endurance, and create a consistent rhythm you can stick with. Because progress doesn’t come from long hours in the gym—it comes from smart, consistent effort.
Week 1-2:
The first two weeks will introduce you to the primary workouts for a full body workout.
