Build a booty 1.0 is a strategically designed hypertrophy program is built to help you train with purpose and see real, lasting results. With sessions focused on moderate weights and higher rep ranges (typically 6–12 reps), each workout is carefully structured to maximize muscle growth through volume and metabolic stress.
We’ve programmed intentional body part splits and progressive overload to ensure every set pushes you forward. You’ll train with shorter rest periods and steadily increasing intensity—creating a routine that challenges your muscles while staying sustainable. This program is your blueprint for building lean muscle, improving movement patterns, and staying consistent—because transformation happens through dedication, not duration.

This program contains 3 lower body days each week. You will see exercises changing in week 4! For added upper body days, check out one of our other programs or generate your own with our workout generator.
