Coach Amanda is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is completing her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) degree that focuses on developing programming at a more elite level. She’s using all of that knowledge, along with her love for the Sesh Fam, to bring you this programming that she KNOWS will work for you.

The Programming
In 2024 Spring Program, we combine hypertrophy training and progressive overload to help you build strength, burn fat, and feel leaner—all in just 8 focused weeks. With an emphasis on primary compound lifts and a balanced split, this program is designed to challenge you, keep you consistent, and prepare you for summer results.
Hypertrophy training uses moderate weights, higher reps, and shorter rest periods to create metabolic stress—the key to stimulating muscle growth and reshaping your physique. Paired with cardio and core circuits, you’ll build muscle while also improving endurance and fat loss.
As you move through the program, intensity gradually increases, ensuring you’re always pushing past plateaus while staying on track with your goals.
Week 1-8:
Day 1: Lower Body
Focus: Glutes / Quads / Calves
Day 2: Upper Body
Focus: Back / Biceps
Day 3: Lower Body
Focus: Glutes / Hamstrings
Day 4: Upper Body + Core
Focus: Chest / Shoulders / Triceps / Core
Day 5: Lower Body
Focus: Glutes / Calves
