2024 New Year Program
This 8-week program is going to help you SMASH your fitness resolutions.
Overview
The programming will be hypertrophy-based and include core and cardio sessions that you haven’t seen from us before. When building the program we wanted to focus on helping you lower your body fat percentage through nutrition + training, but to also completely transform your physique to achieve that “toned” look we’re all targeting. Don't think you can do all of that in 8 weeks? Check down below for some of our past transformations!
Each week you will be prescribed three upper body days and two lower body days with your core and cardio circuits at the end. The reps, sets and rest times will change weekly to keep things fresh. We’ll also rotate movements within muscle groups on a weekly basis. This all means that you're focusing on the same muscle groups every week (hello, progressive overload!), but will be hitting it a different way on a regular basis.
