We're blending hypertrophy and metabolic training styles in this program to help you build lean muscle while also increasing your metabolism and burning more calories.
Hypertrophy training focuses on moderate/high repetitions with moderate weights, creating metabolic stress to induce muscle growth, which will give you that "toned" definition you're looking for.
Metabolic training combines high-intensity and multi-joint movements to maximize calorie burn and boost your metabolic rate--both during the workout and long after your workout has ended, so you burn more calories at rest. It promoted cardiovascular fitness, fat loss, and overall metabolic efficiency.
