The 60 Day Shred is built on proven hypertrophy principles: heavy lifts, intentional volume, strategic metabolic finishers, and progressive overload done right. This is advanced training designed to drive full body recomposition over 9 focused weeks.

Each week follows a structured split that balances strength and output, with Shred Days that challenge your conditioning and core while reinforcing habit execution. Exercises will switch throughout, with increasing rep counts as we go through!

Day 1 – Shred Day
Conditioning and core focused work to establish your baseline.

Day 2 – Lower Body Strength
Heavy, squat focused lower body training with quad and glute emphasis.

Day 3 – Upper Body Strength
Push and pull work with upper back and shoulder focus.

Day 4 – Recovery
Low intensity movement, mobility, and one habit focus to support recovery.

Day 5 – Lower Body Hypertrophy
Higher volume lower body training to build shape and strength.

Day 6 – Upper Body Hypertrophy
Volume based upper body work to drive muscle growth and definition.

Day 7 – Recovery
Walk, mobility, and habit work so you finish the week strong, not depleted.
