Our Workout Generator has been on the market for almost a decade now and is loved by thousands of women. We just spent the last year completely reimagining how far we could push this feature in our app to bring you the BEST workouts, ever. Here’s just a glimpse at what’s new, right now, in the app.
Smart Reps, Sets, and Rest
We’re taking personalization to the next level with Smart Reps, Sets, and Rest. Here’s how it works:
- Custom Reps & Sets: Based on your fitness goals and experience level, our generator creates the ideal rep count, set structure, and supersets for your session.
- Optimized Rest Periods: Recover smarter with rest intervals dictated by your goals, automatically.
Gone are the days of guessing how many reps or sets you should be doing—we do the thinking so you can focus on getting shredded. By incorporating Smart Reps, Sets and Rest into the Workout Generator, we’re helping deliver better results and more effective workouts, fast.
Flexible Workout Durations
Life is busy, and your workouts should fit into your schedule. That’s why we now offer 15, 30, 45 and 60+ minute options. You can now choose workout times that work for you, day by day.
- 15 minutes: Perfect for quick sweat sessions, ideally with target muscles refined (just do 15 minutes of shoulders, or glutes!)
- 30 or 45 minutes: What most of our users need – get in, get sweaty, and get out. We recommend choosing upper or lower body for 30-45 minutes, and maybe adding on a core finisher for fun!
- 60+ minutes: For the days when you’re ready to go all-in. Customize your workout to be everything from full body, upper body or lower body, or even narrow down to just a 60-minute glutes-only killer (if you’re crazy, that is!)
Cardio & Core Finishers
Need an extra challenge? We’ve added optional 10-minute cardio and core finishers to round out your workout. Whether you’re looking to boost your heart rate or strengthen your core, just toggle the option on before you generate your session.
- These are completely optional and will be added to your main workout selections. Simply toggle on or off each time you generate a workout!
Exercise Swaps
We’ve all been there: The cable machine is taken, or you’re just not in the mood for split squats. With the new Exercise Swap feature, you can instantly replace any movement with an alternative. It’s as simple as a tap, keeping your workout flow seamless.
- Not only can you intelligently swap exercises, but every swap will also have a bodyweight-only swap to ensure options are endless.
Personalized Equipment Settings
Whether you’re working out at home with just dumbbells or hitting the gym with access to everything, you can personalize your equipment settings. Choose what’s available, and we’ll only include exercises that make sense for you. No kettlebells? No problem.
- Easily select the equipment you have at your home or gym location with a few taps.
- Save the equipment selections just for one workout, or select “save for all future workouts” if you want the generator to remember your preferences!
Custom Muscle Targets
Our original Workout Generator allowed you to choose from 13 muscle target options. The new upgrade? So many options we lost count! Whether you want to focus on your calves, glutes, shoulders, or a full-body burn, you can design your workout around exactly what you want to target.
- There are multiple ways to target different muscle groups per workout. The easiest way is to choose from lower body, upper body or full body.
- For those that want to get more specific, you can choose upper body or lower body and refine by every muscle group from there.
- Example: Lower Body > Narrow down to just work on glutes.
- Or, if you want to get REALLY specific, you can refine even further!
- Example: Lower Body > narrow down to glutes > then add back in adductors and calves!
The options are truly endless and you will 100% be able to target the areas MOST important to you in the new Workout Generator experience.
Warm-Ups & Cool-Downs
Warm-ups and cool-downs are crucial for performance and recovery. Our new 5-minute warm-up and cool-down options ensure your body is primed to work and ready to recover. These are totally optional, just toggle on or off!
