What Is Sesh On the Go?
Sesh On the Go is a 6-week bodyweight-only fitness program that focuses on building strength through simplicity. Every workout is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent — no equipment required.
You’ll train four days a week:

The 6-Week Program Breakdown
Progress is built into every phase of Sesh On the Go. Over six weeks, you’ll move through three key stages that gradually increase in intensity and complexity — helping your body adapt and your confidence grow.
Weeks 1–2: Build Your Base
Learn the fundamentals. These first two weeks focus on control, stability, and proper form. You’ll slow things down and build a foundation of strength that sets you up for progress later on.
Weeks 3–4: Progress & Push
Now that you’ve built your base, it’s time to push a little harder. These weeks introduce more endurance and controlled plyometric movements that elevate your heart rate while keeping your form solid.
Weeks 5–6: Strong & Confident
You’ll finish strong with AMRAPs and EMOMs that challenge your endurance, coordination, and power. Each workout is a chance to see how far you’ve come — and how capable you already are.
Every two weeks, new movements and adjusted working periods keep your body progressing and your mind engaged. You’ll never feel like you’re repeating the same workout twice.
